"Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner, arrived and our room was upgraded which was unexpected, the staff couldn't do enough for you, even let us stay in our room longer as our flight was in the night time, staff and service was excellent. We will definitely be returning"

"We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya with our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a great selection of food, and we really liked that there was always something available throughout the day, so you never felt stuck for choice. The kids especially loved the holiday and had a fantastic time. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would probably be more evening/night-time entertainment, as there could have been a little more going on after dinner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we wanted from an all-inclusive family holiday, with great food, helpful staff and plenty for the family to enjoy. We would definitely consider coming back!"

"Would find it difficult to criticise this property and we have stayed here several times. the staff and the cleanliness, the location and the car parking facility - all is wonderful. We like to have a seprate bedroom. Improvements could be made in the kitchen area with more cooking pots etc and we would prefer sofas with a higher back. But these are minor niggles when so much else is good"

"Ok so a basic hotel not quite the 4 star we expect but clean . Once you make the effort the staff do speak to you . Bedroom adequate for the price - busy dual carriageway with central reservation barrier impossible to cross - there is a bridge to the right of the hotel further down where you can cross in to the park and head down to the beach - be warned it’s a good 15-20 minute fast paced walk or half an hour slower jaunt. Food is basic breakfast and evening meals are both buffet style a fair choice but if you get fed up McDonald’s is a 5 Minute walk . The old town is a good taxi ride away about 300 lira (a fiver) which is worth the trek for a day exploring the old town above the port some really nice views . The hotel has a pool but never seem to have enough towels for the guests so buy your own or bring one from the room. But it is clean enough . The lobby has a bar but never seems to be staffed when you want a drink. Staff can be a bit aloof sometimes I think probably because they don’t speak a lot of English if any at all. On the whole you get what you pay for would I stay here again if it is still as cheap yes. Although if you want luxury look towards the other side of Lara beach."

"Lovely modern room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is lovely and fresh and very typically Turkish. We liked they had bruschetta some mornings and lovely chocolate cake too. Selection of cheese, meats , veg and cereals. Lovely family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and room freshened regularly or on request. We would definitely stay again. "
