"I arrived at the hotel by noon after a long journey and had to wait almost 20 minutes for check-in. There was only one staff at the reception and she had to manage check-in check-out, and phone calls. The room carpets were looks like older for a hotel like this. The toilet was not so clean that I never expected from a hotel like this in UAE. The shower curtains were old with lots of mixed colors including some fungus growth. The windows were not cleaned from the outside with lots of dust on it....

"Initially for the checkin they took around 40 minutes which was very disturbing for me as I had family with me with an infant. In the room they had only one chair for two persons and no slipper to use for washroom. overall bad experience. what I look is only the outside view from the window"
