The place has beautiful surroudings, but the place needs an upgrade to match the beautiful mountains. Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive. With a better kitchen, the place can be recommended.

Hyggelig opphold. Stedet trenger renovering. Gjerne fjerne vegg til vegg tepper på rommene, og et svært lite bad, komplisert ved at dusjvannet ikke rant ned i sluket. Middagstiden var til dels drøy. Noe behov for reparasjoner av terrassebord i uteområder. Ellers fint sted i ekte høyfjellsterreng.

Ikke bestill dobbeltrom ihvertfall!

Vi hadde en liten hund med og ble tildelt et av de eldste rommene de hadde tilsynelatende. Mørkt og gammelt. Ikke vært gjort noe med på mange år. Badet, helt begredelig. Mugg og skittent!

Reddet av bergsjøkongen!

Helt utrolig og uventet service kl 22:45 når vi stod fast 3km nedenfor hotellet med en elbil på kun 9% batterikapasitet. Kåre tok frem traktor og pløyde veien slik at den stakkars bakhjulsdrevne MG4 fikk kravlet seg opp bakkene mot fjellstua. Hyggelig betjening. Bra frokost. Fin utsikt. Hadde det ikke vært for at vi var på gjennomreise så kunne det vært et veldig fint sted å feire påsken.

Veldig dårlig beregning med tanke på middag (buffe) lørdag. Det var ikke nok fisk (dagens) til alle. Flere som ikke fikk noe. For oss som ikke spiser kjøtt er dette sårbart. Det endte med oppvarming av fiskerester fra fredag. Også lite grønnsaker. Ventet (alle Ivar gruppe) mye på ny forsyninger fra kjøkkenet, nærmest på alt. Oppsummert: ekstremt dårlig beregning på buffe maten til så mange mennesker!

Middagsbuffen hadde for lite mat til alle som var der. Av vår gruppe var det mange som ikke fikk dagens fisk, da det var altfor lite. For oss som ikke spiser kjøtt, var dette veldig trist. Det endte med at gårsdagens fiskerester ble servert. Det var også veldig snaut med grønnsaker og siste omgang med stekte poteter kom etter at måltidet var avsluttet. Altfor dårlig planlegging av mengde middag til så mange.

Syns det var litt sjuskete der nå. Frokosten syns jeg var dårlig. Alt pålegg ble bare satt frem dag etter dag. Ble ikke sjekket om noe kunne skiftes ut. det ble bare lagt på nytt pålegg oppå det gamle. Skinkepålegget turte jeg ikke smake på engang. Ikke noe god velkomst, da det virket som de ikke hadde registrert min bestilling.

Amazing place, and totally breathtaking scenery

This is probably one of Norways biggest gems, and with natural beauty at the doorstep I couldn't even believe my eyes when I sat at their porch drinking hot coffee enjoying the sun. Highly recommended. For vegans I recommend letting them know in good time, so that they better can prepare for your visit :)
