"Our flight was delayed and we ended up coming straight from the airport after dark, we were jet lagged and exhausted but felt better after receiving a warm welcome from Grand Hotel Madaba staff. There was an issue with the AC which was resolved quickly and the room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was huge and we felt fully ready to experience the day! The only regret is we didn’t have time for a swim before checking out."

The food was consistently amazing, particularly the breakfast which was incredibly fresh and featured a vast selection of high-quality options. Every staff member we encountered was warm and helpful. "One of the most beautiful hotels with definitely the best service I have experienced. Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord. In the middle of the night, my phone would still not charge. My phone is my camera, travel confirmations, & so much more. Panicked, I reached out to the concierge via WhatsApp and they brought me a MagSafe charger & insisted I keep to ensure I would not lose access for my trip & subsequent return to the states. They also made me the best shashuka I have ever had for breskfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Phenomenal experience & so very grateful."
