출장중 지낼만한 호텔!!
체크인은 빠르게 진행 되었습니다. 주차장도 충분한 여유가 있었지만 오전 내린 비로 주차장에 물이 고여 있었습니다. 웰컴과일에는 감사합니다만, 욕실에서 냄새가 났고, 환풍기가 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 외부 수영장에서 밤 늦게까지 이야기하는 소리가 방안까지 들렸고 헬스장에서 방이 바로 보여 창문과 커튼을 제대로 열수 없었습니다. 조식은 훌륭하였고 룸서비스는 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 룸 어메니티가 충분했습니다. 욕실에서 냄새만 안난다면 전반적으로 무난한 호텔입니다.

front door congested as people park their cars day and night. No control on the drop off and pick up zone or even signs front desk staff dont confirm your name and room number before passing you a replacement key card staff dont provide you information at check-in they just pass you a key card, they dont confirm your package or explain where you can have breakfast, dinner or your way to your room restaurant dirty dishes, utensils, table and salt/pepper shakers stale hard bread, croissants are bread and the sweets taste is horrible not fit of a 4 or 5 star restaurant. The food is hit or miss depending on the day and dish being prepared. Room Maintenance staff seem to be repairing without any clue how to make their repairs aesthetically pleasing. Wall paper is pealing off the wall. Pool Small and shallow Hallways Are clean and well maintained Housekeeping staff Very helpful and do a great job cleaning

I am really surprised about the rating of this hotel 4.0 !!! It doesn't deserve even 1 Very old furniture, smelly rooms, very poor breakfast !!! Full review: checked in 29th Jan 2023 at room 147 it was dirty, a sticky spots on the carpet, I have requested the reception team to change the room but simply they said sorry we are fully booked and we can't upgrade the room without an approval from the manager !! they asked me to wait until the boss approve the upgrade, but I have waited the all night without any feedback !! Next day finally they changed the room to 150 but again I suffered from the smell, it suppose to be non-smoking room but the shisha smell is horrible. In addition, to all above the noise from the ground floor Cafe (next to swimming pool) is not soothing you like to hear after a long working day. Moreover, the electrical sockets are not complying with Saudi Arabia standards !! If you don't have an adapter, then you will not be able to charge your mobile/ laptop !! Absolutely NOT recommended at all, This my first stay there and for sure the last stay.

Rooms have a very bad smell. I asked to change the reserved room but unfortunately they moved me to another one with less bad smell. Old furniture and towels are not clean. Pity that a holiday inn hotel in this prime location have is operating under this condition.

no water in the bathroom.
As soon as I checked in my room I was surprised that the water wasn’t working in the bathroom. I called front desk and they said it’ll take 10-15 minutes. An hour in it was still out of service in the entire hotel. I had to check out of there and went into a different hotel.
