One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Alanya , hotel room spotless change of towels every other day bed sheets changed regularly, the hotel staff all helpful and friendly especially the lovely young lady on reception who is a credit to the hotel , vulsat albay Thankyou for making my stay a good experience, I will be back xx

Venligt personale. Sidst på sæsonen derfor få gæster. Derfor var køkkenet lukket og man fik maden udefra. Maden var derfor kun lunken.

Ailecek kalınacak orta sınıf bir otel

3 gece 4 aile tam herşey dahil konaklamalı olarak kaldık. Konaklama süremiz boyunca olumsuz ve olumlu tüm yönlerini paylaşacağım. Öncelikle otele giriş yaparken malesef 4 odadan 1 inde uygulama üstünden bir ücret sorunu yaşadık. Yetkili olmayan bir resepsiyon personeli tarafından dakikalarca bekletildik, sorunumuz her ne kadar çözüme ulaştırılsa da otele giriş yapmadan bir gerginlik yaşamış olduk. Üzücü olan çözüm odaklı olunamaması ve profesyonel biri olmadan bize açık uçlu cevaplar verilmesi. Diğer bir sorun ise aracımızın arkası açık pikap olduğu ve eşyalarımız olduğu için aracımızın güvenliğinden emin olamadık ve bir çözüm bulunmasını istedik ama net ve kesin bir şekilde çözüm olmadığı cevabını aldık. Öncelikle bir otelin otoparkı yoksa bile dışarıda sürekli güvenlik olup olmadığı ya da civarda ücretli/ücretsiz belediye/özel otopark imkanlarının sunulmasını beklerdik, malesef bu yaklaşımın aksini görerek keskin bir tepki ile karşılaştık. Gelelim odalara, odaların büyüklüğü yeterli ve ferahtı fakat lekeli/yırtık/yıpranmış havlular ve çarşaflar mevcuttu. Müşteri sirkülasyonunun bu denli çok olduğu bir otelde böyle küçük maliyetli sorunlarla karşılaşmak bizi üzdü. Odaların birinde kapı arkasındaki örümcek ağı da bizi tedirgin etmedi değil. Kat aralarının çok temiz ve mis gibi kokmasının aksine bu hijyen sorunları bizi üzdü. Yemekler konusunda çeşit olarak iyiydi ve normal lezzetteydiler. İllaki damak tadınıza uygun yiyecek bir kaç çeşit şey buluyorsunuz.

The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. Hotel manager and workers was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was not on the main road so it was not noisy but not far from sea. There was only one building between sea and the hotel. Hotel pool was very well maintained. Overall everything was great. I enjoyed my stay there. If I need hotel in Alanya my adress will be Grand Atilla Hotel.

Very friendly front-desk staff, especially Yeliz who was very helpful and professional! Awesome location and very close to the beach. Room was clean and was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Nice amenities with pool, bar restaurant etc. I also had a nice view of the ocean from my room! will definitely consider for future stay. Price was competitive as well.

Kısa süreli de olsa arkadaşlarla güzel vakit geçirdiğimiz bir tatil oldu. Otelin konumu, konforu ve her şeyi çok iyi. Özellikle resepsiyon görevlisi bayan arkadaş her konuda yardımsever ve güleryüzlü idi. genel anlamda hizmet kalitesi iyi. tavsiye edilebilecek bir otel.

İlk ve son konaklamam

Çok kötüydü. Odaya çıktıktan sonra 50 kere arayıp kimlik bilgisi istediler. Gecenin bir yarısı çarpılan kapılar, bağrış, çığrışlar ve koridorda koşuşturmacalar sabahın 5 ine kadar sürdü ve kimse müdahele etmedi. Uyku mu? Otel çıkışı oda kontrolü diye 20 dakika beklettiler. Hiç memnun kalmadım.
