Overall good experience. I would recommend.

Overall it was a great experience. Staff were all friendly and the hotel itself was good for the price. Areas that needed some work was the food (I have high culinary expectations) and the bed sheets were very rough. Also, I didn’t like that I had to pay extra to have my clothes ironed as there was no iron in the room. This was an additional paid service. Otherwise, if you are looking for a good all inclusive hotel without breaking the bank then this is a good option in the heart of Alanya.

We have stayed at this hotel before. In the main it was a good stay for the price. Very limited entertainment which was an issue for guests with children. In four days ice cream was only served once and entertainment in the evening only once. Food options were a little limited, but always possible to find something to eat. Staff seemed generally to be not very happy with a few exceptions. Saw staff drop cutlery on a number of occasions and just pick it off the floor and put it out for use. Shuttle to the beach was useful and beach area was pleasant with free sunbeds and umbrellas.

Good clean hotel with spacious rooms. Slightly set back from main areas but not far to walk. Food let’s them down but that may be because it’s geared more towards Eastern European tastes Reception staff are very helpful and friendly

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days.When we were about to leave, we discovered that we didn't have enough new clothes Which we bought. We thought that our things. Maybe they were left with our friends rooms. When we returned home and called our friends, we realized that things had disappeared not only from us, but from them too.. If anyone ever decides to stay at this hotel, watch your things carefully, because there is theft there.

Kleopatra Ramira- a wonderful holiday in the sun

We arrived very late and the hotel’s reception made us feel immediately welcome. We were taken to our rooms and a simple, late supper was laid out for us. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and the bathroom had a large shower. The staff were amazing, working long hours to ensure we had the best holiday possible. As it is an all inclusive hotel, all our meals were provided. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. There was always a good selection of food on offer. A special mention to Mehmet, (our singing waiter) who was so attentive and Ziki, the restaurant manager, for his warm hospitality. Alanya itself is well located for the sea and is close to Kleopatra Beach, a very long stretch of sand, complete with bars, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, it is lively, but also full of families. We did not expect much from this holiday, after so many cancellations, we were sceptical that we would even get there, but we did, and it was definitely worth the wait.

Dette hotellet er det verste vi har hatt i Tyrkia. Skittent, alt fra restaurant, rom, bad, dårlig kokk, frokost, middag uappetittlig tilberedt. Hoved bassenget ble vaska 1 gang på 3 uker, bassengområde brukte de 1 bøtte som de skvetta litt vann rundt solsenger. Fulle folk bada med klær og sko fra kl.17:00 - unger og foreldre satt sjokkerte å så på, ingen av personellet reagerte. Dette var forferdelig…
