Die Unterkunft ist gut nur die Chefin ist das aller Letzte. Als wir das Hotel gebucht haben, hatten wir dem Hotel geschrieben gehabt, ob wir unser Check-In um 03:00 Uhr morgens machen dürfen. Daraufhin hat das Hotel geschrieben gehabt ich zitiere „Yes, of course.“ ALS wir dann aber um diese Uhrzeit am Hotel ankamen komplett kaputt von der Reise, haben die uns an der Reception gesagt, dass keine Zimmer frei wären. Wir mussten dann bis 12:00 Uhr morgens warten und in der Lobby warten. Das war der erste Punkt der uns schon mal schockiert hat. Der 2. Punkt war der, dass ca. am 8. Tag die Chefin zu mir und meinen Freunden (wir waren zu 4 jeder in einem einzelnen Zimmer) meinte das wir uns auf 2 Zimmer verteilen sollten, da in den Zimmern ein Wasserschaden wäre. Wir fanden das sehr suspekt wegen dem ersten Grund der passiert ist. Wir fragten daraufhin die anderen Gäste ob diese auch aufgefordert wurden Ihre Zimmer zu verlassen. Natürlich war dem nicht so und mein Kumpel und ich blieben in unseren Zimmern. Meine Freundinnen mussten in ein Zimmer ziehen. Am Ende stellte sich dann heraus, dass die Chefin die Zimmerplanung nicht sehr im Griff hat und schnell ein Zimmer bräuchte für Gäste die angekommen waren. Als wir die Chefin zur Rede gestellt haben meinte sie, dass wir ein Rabatt bei dem Zimmerpreis bekommen würden unter der Bedingungen, dass wir eine gute Review auf Google und bei der Reiseagentur hinterlassen würden. Hier ist also diese Review.

Günlük oda temizliği var görüntü olarak iyi fakat girişte HES kodu aşı felan sormuyorlar. Yemekleri güzel özellikle Cumali bey e teşekkürler ilgi alakadan dolayı. Denize sıfır fakat çok kullanışlı bir sahil değil otopark sıkıntı ara sokakta nereyi bulursan bırakıyorsun. Havuz yok denecek kadar küçük ve çevresi dar. Hotel was at very good location just walk away the beach, only the problem room doesn't have a refrigerator. Why do I have to walk the pub to grab some cold drinks? I stay 3 night only 2 bottle water they give it to me, if you go bar and ask cold drinks they bring it hot same like a tea and coffee offering some ice in a Cup, terrible not even 2 star, hotel just for Russian maybe they will like it not sure but foe American sorry 0 star

Man hat mir einen Aufenthaltstag einfach gestrichen. Ich musste schon am 29.Mai ausschecken statt am 30.Mai. Ohne Preisnachlass. Die Hotelangestellten waren freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr gute Küche mit abwechslungsreichen Speisen.

Dit is ons vijfde verblijf geweest in dit prettige hotel aan de boulevard op loopafstand van de stad Alanya en met een fraai uitzicht op de zee en op de burcht. Personeel is vriendelijk en servicegericht. Kamers en badkamers zijn eenvoudig van inrichting en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. De douches zijn uitstekend en de bedden zijn comfortabel. Het hotel heeft een prettige bar/restaurant ruimte aan de boulevardkant. Er is een intern zwembad echter dat is klein. Wij hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het ontbijt is niet uitbundig echter wel gevarieerd en gezond. Het hotel bevalt ons prima en we zullen er zeker nog terugkomen.

Lage toll, Personal top, Essen gut nur allgemein ist es ausgenutzt. Braucht dringend renovation, inwändig. Die Betten, Bad etc sollte man wechseln sonst war alles ok. Das einzige was mir nicht gepasst hat war, für Meeresblick Zimmer 5 EURO pro Tag, und für Safe 2 Euro pro Tag. Minibar genauso. Kühlschrank hatte nur Strom wenn man es mietet.

Prettig, centraal gelegen hotel met goede voorzieningen en op loopafstand van Alanya stad. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers aan de voorzijde hebben een mooi uitzicht op zee en op Alanya. Het ontbijtbuffet is niet uitbundig maar goed en ruim voldoende.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr zentral, kurze Wege zum Nachtleben. Wer schlafen will benötigt 2 Promille oder Ohrstöpsel, aber das weiss man ja vorher bei so einer Lage.

Otel oldukça başarılı. Genel olarak yenilenmiş ve temiz. Konum olarak güzel. Plajı ücretsiz değil ama karşısındaki plajda indirim yapıyorlar otel müşterilerine. Alanyadaki ilginç diğer oteller gibi buzdolabı için ücret alıyorlar. Akşam yemekleri vasat. Tek çeşit yemek var ama mezeleri bol. Fiyat/performans olarak tavsiye ederim.

Check in işlemlerinde odamızın müsait olmadığı bizi başka otelde misafir edeceklerini belirttip apart a yönlendirdiler. Kabul etmeyince yan tarafında 4 yıldız otelde 2 gece konaklatıp son gün wien otelde kaldık. Havuzu resmen tek kişilik ve konutlarla yanyana. Sabah kahvaltı akşam yemek seçenekleri zayıf. Yönetim olarak çok zayıf, odası çok ses alıyor. Olumlu tarafları, personel gayet güleryüzlü ve nazik otel lokasyon olarak güzel bir yerde
