"Clean room, no complaints here however, on my 5th day of my 7 day break i had a call from receptionist telling me that its checkout time?? This disturbed me a lot. I went down to show the m my booking and all the said oh yes we have found it now. No apologies or nothing. Rude staff except for the odd one or two. English nearly non existent. Great location and at a push i would stay there again as now i know what to expect!!"

"The level of cleanliness at De Manor is exceptional. Housekeeping are just wonderful and go out of their way to help guests. They give 110%. All areas of the hotel are spotless. "

"Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back."

"Really bad hotel, my friend and I were sick with food poisoning for three days. There were plates and food on every floor, it was such a dirty place. Not enough seats at the restaurant for the guests, the same food was served every day, we didn’t eat there for the last four days because every thing was so disgusting. Would definitely not recommend this hotel, the only good thing is the location:)"

"Since last year I stay at Okan tower for vacation from beginning to last day i just wanna say thanks for okan tower family, location central of the alanya restaurants bars groceries stores just 2 minutes walk away. Around hotel is very safe good for kid's reception very helpful , see u next summer Ty so much again from Usa"
