โFirst time to Wilmington. Not sure what to expect. Property was easy to access and check in was seamless. Staff was friendly and offered me a lot of local knowledge and advice. Room was way more than I expected and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were super. Wish they could replicate this service countrywide. A+โ

โThe lobby was beautiful and held most of the attraction but going to the room and viewing the property compared to the pictures online left something to be desired. Overall the cleanliness was okay but certain amenities like the ac and tv were working incorrectly and /or broken. The pool was great and the breakfast needed some more options but was laid out nice and tasted well. Overall a good bang for the buck but isn't the best place for a picky eye.โ
โBe aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark.
