“A great heritage place to stay for a few days of exploring Alleppy, beaches and the backwaters, located across a local road by the massive beach. Hotel is a lovely well maintained old traditional building with a swimming pool and restaurant. Paid a bit more for a large traditional room with a large shared lounge and outside seating area next to the pool. “Very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was a total of 7 rooms on board, so it was good to mix and chat to the other guests. The crew on the houseboat were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Always willing and happy to help.
