"This is my third time to stay. The hotel is good quality and comfortable. Staff are welcoming. It also has a nice little bar. The pool is OK, but not really for active swimming. The aircon needs a bit of an overhaul in some rooms (I had to move rooms because it didn't work in my first room, and the controller was kind of broken in the second), but overall a good temperature reached for 4 great sleeps in a comfy bed and lovely pillows."

"We really enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, even giving me tips for getting to the hotel from the ferry over Whatsapp ahead of time. The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!"

Although I hadn't notified them and their check-in was closed from 10pm there was no complaint or difficulty with check in. This was great service. "インターネットで予約をして支払いも完了し、予約番号が発行されてるのにインターネット予約は無効だと言われました。その間30分以上待たされました。別のホテルを新たに探して移動するのも大変だったので、現地でインターネット予約の3倍近くの金額を支払い宿泊しました。 清潔感は全くありません。サービスも最低です。アメニティグッズはボロボロのバスタオル1枚と小さな石鹸だけです。 スタッフは夕方には居なくなりWi-fiパスワードも聞けませんでした。 早朝から大音量でモスクの音が聞こえてきて、大雨が降っていましたが早々にチェックアウトしました。チェックアウトの時もスタッフは不在でした。 今まで宿泊したホテルの中で最悪です。 "
