The owners were always available and ready for any queries and questions. The property is well located, surrounded by many nearby point of interest. My stay was very pleasant and I was very pleased to see how well maintained it is. Once I have the opportunity again, I’d very much like to come back here again.

Nice apartment

Communication was a bit robotic like. Ilaria didn’t answer any of my questions. Check in details were sent several hours before check in and were good and this kindly allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. The apartment was spotless. The cleaning lady is lovely. No bottle opener in the apartment which was extremely annoying. No view. Expensive for a solo traveller better value for a family.

Recommendable

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is simply the best you could hope for in Alassio: right next to the promenade, but not on it, so that you can sleep. The staff were helpful and nice to deal with. No frills, so don't expect any: just a fine and clean room close to all the amenities Alassio can offer.

Pas de clim, mais super accueil

Chambre sans climatisation. Dommage pour un hotel en Italie... en bord de mer. Les murs sont très fins et laissent tout entendre de ce qu'il se passe à coté. Staff hyper aimable et serviable. La plage est à 100m et un box est disponible pour 15€ sur demande (c'est bien pour ne pas laisser la voiture dans la rue), mais il est à 800m... mais ça se fait bien...

hotel in posizione strategica a pochi metri dal budello e dalla spiaggia. parcheggio a pagamento davanti all'hotel. camere un poco datate ma pulite e spaziose con piccola cucina. da tenere in considerazione

Residence idéalement située, service excellent

Excellente adresse à Alassio. Idéalement situé (a 50 mètres de la plage), un petit coin pour les enfants au sein même de l'hotel, et surtout un service digne des grands hôtels. Andrea, le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli, a été particulièrement prévenant et efficace : ses conseils sont précieux. Un séjour extrêmement agréable.
