"To be asked to pay $8 for a bowl and spoon to be delivered to my room so I can have breakfast - when paying close to $300 a night is ridiculous. To be woken at 8am when maintenance is drilling next to my room also not good enough."

"Checking in was difficult as there is no physical person and online communication had been difficult due to not having an Australian phone number. The room was small but clean. It was convenient and there were frequent buses into the city and shops nearby. "

"Beautiful clean room with a very comfortable bed and good sized shower head. The mini bar included was delightful (yet not all used). The lighting is a standout as well. Such a beautiful ambiance with no horrendous LED’s. Absolutely delicious continental breakfast is included with option to purchase different menu as well as room service or dine in the restaurant options. Oh and the view of the stunning tree covered in fairy lights is amazing. Will definitely be staying again!"

"The room cleaner person was so friendly and kind. The reception guy looks a bit unfriendly but I only spoke to the guy once when checking in and had a good chat every day with the cleaner person so overall experience was great. The motel was great for its price. I'd stay again with my kids. "
