The breakfast was such a nice touch and the story behind it such a nice message. Rose is such a lovely lady and so welcoming. It's central to so many places and the bus exchange across the road so easy to get into Southbank. We will definitely stay here again.

Ok, everything was great, bathroom, washing machine dryer all powders supplied,beds were great out of 10 days one of the days sheets weren't changed.not to close to city not to far either, airport, Gold Coast sunshine Coast and cbd ,close to river ferries at south bank, front 9am stuff available down stairs on level one, as a family unit ma ,pa and kids great place to stay

Have stayed here a few times. Only 2min walk to Chermside Westfield. There’s a simple free breakfast available which is fantastic and done by volunteers who should hold their heads high. Rooms are good and have everything needed. Inside the room was clean but the balconies are a little grubby but cleaning them wouldn’t be easy. Would recommend and will stay again.

The one bedroom apartment was looking tired, the bed was lopsided and the pleather lounge was pealing. The fridge was working fine but looked like it came out of someone's backyard shed. Not a nice environment aesthetically, but on the plus side it was clean. Unfortunately the Indian restaurant was pumping out cooking smells that is attached.
