The check in process was smooth and we were offered a complimentary drink voucher after checking in. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shopping centre was nearby but the surrounding environment was quiet. Breakfast was tasty with sufficient variety. Highly recommend the place!

Great place to stay.

Nice entry, with easy parking, no stairs at all. Welcoming staff & clean well presented rooms. Plenty of space with a large bathroom. The Bistro was great, excellent food & great service. Loved the place, very happy.

Room was perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The room service menu didn’t have a surcharge which was nice. Close to shopping Centre if you forgot to pack your toothpaste! Staff were friendly and engaging. Ever entry and exit was greeted with a smile and greeting. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

Good size room ,comfortable and quite. Friendly & helpful staff. Meals in the attached hotel were very convenient which included a continental breakfast each morning included in the room tariff . The air conditioner proved a challenge to operate but managed to cope with help from the staff.

Great location and home away from home - the room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom clean, mojo bar area well appointed and tv has all the apps you’d expect. Personally, the bed was a little too soft but I was easily able to overlook that. Great location with transport and shops across the road and the bar, restaurant/cafe, with kid friendly play areas were a huge hit for our family. The staff were lovely and welcoming and topped off the experience. We will be back!

I would have to say it was totally beautiful. I love that the breakfast was every morning love that you could have dinner. I didn’t have to go anywhere plus you got 10% off because you were staying there. We also got free beer for the day that we were there the bed was comfortable. Everything was really good and I would be recommending for anybody to stay here as I definitely will be back next time we come back down to Sydney. Thank you for a wonderful stay Really beautiful place. I just love your tree out the front that lights up.
