“The room was very clean, no odors. The staff was very friendly and accommodated my special request regarding a first floor room since my dog can’t climb stairs easily. There was no shampoo/conditioner but the desk gave me a packet when I asked. The linens and towels could stand to be updated. Overall though, well worth the price!”

“Their booking process was a nightmare, one staff member assured me that my booking was confirmed to the date I had requested. Yet another staff told me that it wasn’t. When I asked them to speak to the staff who assured me my booking dates were confirmed, she apparently no longer worked there. Instead of honoring the rate I was originally given they doubled my room rate! I had to find another hotel last minute dragging my minor daughter around town!
