"Great"

"I usually stay here when in Vegas, this time my rooms v didn’t work. My a/c was locked at a temperature and it was hot. The shower was not properly cleaned. When I went to check out the staff member gave me a bad attitude when i requested a reimbursement of my resort fee. Very disappointed this stay. "

"The Sahara was a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially upgrading us to the suite for only 50 more a night. However the room itself was something less desired. It felt empty. Very sterile, no decorations or anything on the walls and everything was white. Including the furniture and bathroom tiling floor to ceiling. It seemed to have been recently refurbished due to the white paint on the carpet still in areas. Overall it was nice but felt off. Great hotel and vacation but we probably would have kept our original room since the pictures made it look more aesthetically pleasing based on the pictures online. "
