"Our stay was fine. We felt safe and it was as advertised. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. One of the only complaints we had is that it was very cold in our room compared to the rest of the building. The people above us were also very loud late into the night and early morning. "Kitchen is run down, counter tops faded, appliances out dated, cabinets laminate is peeling off and door hanging uneven. Bathroom is from the 60's and had mold. Temperature was very hard to stabilize, still have window AC units in all windows, which cause a huge draft in 15 degree weather. This is far from a luxury property and I was switched to this property and had tried to get a credit from what I originally rented and did not hear back from anyone. "
