I had to yell for someone to come to the desk. The room was not clean and the sheets had stains. No bugs. The extra lock on the door as loose.

Room exceeded expectations and came with a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows with Lakefront view of Lake Michigan and a great view to the north of the city. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay there again when in Chicago!
