“Nice clean place with good options for breakfast. Didn't check out the hot tub but it was your average indoor pool and hot tub set up.”

“I don't know why they have hot tub listed, we booked for that, it was closed for the season. That's should be mentioned. The heaters in the next room were so loud they made the windows rattle. Make sure you bring ear plugs. Room was clean, staff was pleasant, but didn't have the pool or hot tub open, so if you're booking for that or a light sleeper go somewhere else.”

“The room was excellent as were the pet friendly facilities. Breakfast was well done and staff kept items replaced and asked if anything was needed. The river view was great as well.”

“I'm not sure how this property has such high reviews. It's below average and far overpriced. More comparable to a Super 8. Which is a shame because I remembered it being so much better. It's been years since I've stayed here and unfortunately it's very outdated and needs a lot of work to upgrade some things. We rented a room that has the king room and then a sleep sofa. The sleeper sofa mattress was absolutely disgusting. Stained up. All the springs sticking up. We asked if they had a...

“Chose this motel for location close to hospital and Southgate Mall. Small side-street, no traffic. Helpful, friendly staff. The room's heater/fan had a thermostat and seemed to work fine. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a sharp edge on the desktop that needs to be repaired. We could not figure out the TV control, and the staff was helpful, but this TV system was not the best setup. The dining area was small and overcrowded at peak breakfast time, but meal options were good....

“The hotel was being remodeled , and the pool Area was closed. Something that wasn’t advertised so when we booked the room for the kids being able to swim we got there and the pool Was closed. Wouldn’t have stayed there knowing the pool Was closed. The fridge froze our food and exploded our sodas, there wasn’t any water pressure taking a shower. When the site said “ breakfast” just an fyi it’s not included you pay for it. The staff was super friendly! ”
