The pool closes at 8pm, but in summer 9pm would be better

We liked the pool and being surrounded by the golf course, lovely and green. Modern bathroom and good shower. Views of the mountains. Basic breakfast but was fine for a one night stay. The bed was small and uncomfortable, could feel the springs coming through mattress should be replaced, but apart from that it’s okay for a nights stay.

Very comfortable stay. Very friendly on arrival, and very clean room. Nice and big shower - and very good hot water and pressure for the cool mornings :) Located just opposite the golf course, the area is full of native bird life, and was nice to see the kangaroos in the mornings and evenings. Bed was comfortable and the WiFi signal was strong! Would highly recommend

Two night stay for golf.
Very nice motel with good quiet location close to city shops. Roomy with first class bathroom. Golf course average but food and service at clubhouse very good. Would stay again but not for golf.

Great place to stay.
Friendly owners and great quiet location. Rooms are modern and very clean. I travel most weeks and this is an excellent place to stop overnight. Can’t fault the place.

Excellent location. Stayed Christmas Day. Only downside was reception was not available so no contact with staff on arrival. Would have researched more if we were made aware of this earlier as we usually like to talk to staff about recommendations on what’s close by to see and do.

Hi, We have taken your comments on board. I spoke to all guests arriving prior to Christmas Day personally, unfortunately as your are anonymous I do not know who you are..The office was closed from lunch but we were there in the residence. We did leave for 2 hours after lunch but always contactable with our mobile number on Reception door. We assisted several guests during the day and evening. If you had required information you could have phone us as we would have been only too happy to assist on Christmas Day.

The manager was very unfriendly and rude when we arrived she was very unhappy because my travel companion had a guide dog she wanted to refuse to let us stay. I did not want to say anything as i had driven a long way and i did not wish to not be given the key. It is illegal to refuse a disabled person a room perhaps she should revise to laws, after she finally got over her anger the rest of our stay was lovely. My friends guide dog is very well behaved, it makes your trip difficult and unpleasant when you face this type discrimination.

I am sorry you felt I was rude when you arrived Denyse. Your travel companion came in just after you and I heard a dog panting. You then said oh my friend has a guide dog and she is staying with me. I did say that we could have been advised on booking out of courtesy but it isn't a problem. Had we know this prior to your arrival we would have moved you to our easy access room, which would have been easier for your visually impaired friend, we weren't given the chance. We are aware that we must accept guide dogs and have done so in the past, most guests have advised us in advance, I certainly wasn't discriminating you or your friend.

Beautiful Room and fully renovated bathroom. Very clean and beautiful outlook. Lovely flowers in front of every room. Got a cheaper rate at golf because we were guests. Will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast in the room was a bit of a joke. Surely can do a lot better in this regard. A couple of stale slices of bread and sachets of muesli was a bit sad to see, All else was fantastic.

Everything was easy! Ours was a last minute booking as we hit the road to begin our holiday ... and we could work out how far we could get on the first evening. We knew we would be checking in after office hours, and all of that was quickly sorted. Quiet, large, clean room with everything we needed. Having breakfast supplies meant that we had a quicker start to the next sprays travels, which was a bonus! The bed was comfortable, shower fabulous with plenty of hot water and the towels luxurious. Met all of our needs with the added bonus of the quiet location and views overt the golf course
