“The apartment was clean and spacious, with a suitable location. The kitchen was clean with enough utensiles. The towels, bedsheet and toilet were clean and we were comfortable to use them without doubt. To our surprise, there were two fans which gave us good comfort during the hot summer. The only down side was that the pan and saucepan were a bit old. A new set will be good. Also, a few more cutting knives will be convenient. “They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. ”

“The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. “Good place for staying in general but no fan no airconditioning so might be hard in summer time. location wise is good, close to city centre and underground station. one unual experience that have made late check out request on online the day before check out (payment wemt through) but they didn't let me know availability even untill few hours before check out and got rejected, maybe i was late or there was some reason behind but rejection on the day was quite unexpected situation”

“all of facility is excellent.Room was big, bathroom also was very clean. But when you get into the residence, you need to check your email(password for enterance and key). I had a trouble to get into the residence. There was no one in the building so if you got any problem, you should use your phone to speak with someone( i paid international pay for calls).Except this issue, all the facility was really nice and new.”
