"We had a short stay as we were heading to Nazaré after the first couple of days. Unfortunately, the airport mismanaged someone our luggage which was nerve-wracking to say the least. The hotel staff was very helpful in assisting us with managing the return of our bags before we had to travel to the next destination. The room was fairly small but we were comfortable. Not much to offer in terms of amenities outside of a decent breakfast but we just needed a place to rest our heads."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Sesimbra, and the experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to João, the Customer Service Supervisor, who was absolutely amazing. We originally planned to travel without our kids, but our plans changed at the last minute. We had booked a smaller room, and despite the hotel being completely full, João went above and beyond to find a solution for our family. He managed to arrange a beautiful larger suite for us and even organized the room change in the middle of our stay so smoothly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine effort to help made a huge difference. Everything else about the hotel was fantastic as well. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast honestly felt like something you would expect at a 5-star hotel. Thank you to the entire team at Four Points by Sheraton Sesimbra for a perfect stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel!"

"As this was my fly time in Stubul was good to see another part of Portugal. Hotel was all we needed good thing they accepted dogs which was a bonus hotel very good for 2 star and staf where pleasant rooms very spacious and clean"

"Checking in was the most confusing process I've ever encountered. They still have last year's check in instructions up, which are no longer valid. It was a nightmare finding the front desk. The apartment was clean and okay. The kitchen is not equipped to make a proper meal. Washing machine doesn't work. Sadly we were very disappointed."
