Beautiful location with stunning scenery. The owner and the staff make you feel confortable as soon as you arrive. Get ready to eat like kings and queens. Do not miss it.
We were at the agriturismo only for one night. The place is truly in the middle of beautiful fields! We didn't expect to be so far. The experience with Francesco's cuisine was excellent!
It is very nice and in the restaurant we had a typical italian dinner. Filippo, the owner, is very kind and WE enjoyed our stay there.
We stayed there with our three kids and it was just wonderful, because they were able to Play, find snakes, frogs, salamanders and so on...
Furthermore it is very important to ask Filippo for a description to his premises - if you think you are in the wring was regarding the streets, you are on the fully right way.
Thank you Filippo for our nice stay at your small and comfortabel hotel.

This place is an amazing experience. Although rooms are just basic, the beauty of the surrounds and the experience is once in a life time. The meal we had there was the best in all of Italy. They made me a special dinner for my Birthday Cake and Mikala made me a very special Birthday Cake. Phillipo the owner went out of his way to make our evening so special and his vineyard makes the best Organic Chardonnay I have ever had. We will be ordering to have it shipped to the US.
Superbe endroit!

Fantastic host. Great stories from the wine master and be sure to do a wine tasting...so good! Dinner and breakfast were phenomenal! The perfect relaxation that can only be found outside of the city limits!
If you're looking for an authentic Sicilian farm-stay, look no further. This is a real working farm (vineyard). Filippo Testa and his staff cheerfully look after your every need, including home-cooked meals and free breakfast using local produce. The views and the solitude of this country setting are superb. Wifi was not available in our bedrooms, which were otherwise very comfortable. Wifi is available in the dining room, so this was a minor issue for us.
Filllipo is the most gracious host. The overall experience I give five stars. It was the beginning of our trip to Sicily and we were immediately immersed in the traditions and culture without all the touristy stuff you would get from Palermo. His directions from airport to Agriturismo were easy to understand. The food and wine excellent. He also arranged for a cycling tour through the countryside with visit to another winery. Greatly appreciated and a lot of fun. The room is a basic accommodation, very clean and safe. The mattress was very firm, a bit much for my comfort but other than that I can only say go visit as you will not be disappointed. I will definately be back for another stay.
Our experience here was magical, an abrupt switch from several very urbane days (and also wonderful) days in Palermo. The silence and beauty, coupled with the warmth of the host and staff, made us feel part of a family, rather than hotel guests. The food -- all from ingredients grown on the farm (except the meat; the wonderful owner is apparently a vegetarian, and obtains meat locally but off the farm), as well as the superb wines -- also from the farm's's own vineyards, were a total treat. True of both dinner and breakfast. The accommodations are simple, clean and comfortable, and appropriately NOT luxurious. All in all, our two night stay here was a total treat. One warning -- it is a commitment to get there, as the roads are small and rutted. After a few ins and outs, however, we managed them effortlessly, if slowly. (PS: this is a great base from which to visit Segesta and Erice, which we did easily in one day.) Highly recommended.
Wonderful, warm and welcoming owner and staff. Daniella was so sweet and helpful with her service. Fun immersive cooking class with Serviccio - he even offered to take us in the field to feed the goats. Fillippo, the owner, was amazing! So interesting and informative, and an incredible wine tasting experience! The accommodations were a bit rustic, but added to the charm of the farm experience.

So so
Great setting. Good evening meal. Terrible breakfast. Room very so so. Hard to find it
This is a beautiful area outside of Alcamo. We had a wine tasting, took a cooking class, and were treated to a special music presentation by Phillipo. Everything is locally made and delicious. Phillipo and his staff could not be more friendly. They even went the extra mile and found a cousin and drove us to meet him and translated for us. (English). We were also treated to stories of the region and a book written by Phillipo about the history of Tarantola.
Rekommenderas varmt!
We chose the venue as we are on a wine exploratory tour of the emerging modern Sicilian wine renaissance. It appears the Vinyard is primarily a fruit producing concern rather then a wine producer as such. Fillip's organic wines, which are actually made by a Partinico 'cantina' (wine factory) seems to be of the 'old school' Sicilian variety. If nothing else it has given our tour a context, even if the wines were from our perspective 'confronting'. The inland, isolated location was great and certainly authentic.
Be sure to stay more than one night at this quiet and familial agritourism in western Sicily. One night is not only not enough time, but when you stay multiple nights, you get an opportunity to really see the culture. And, wow, does this location have the capabilities and the knowledge to show you Sicilian culture. The owner and the staff greet you at every moment, but the atmosphere goes well beyond a simple greeting and a dinner. Such as Sicilian culture, they invite you into their world like a family. And, they treat you like a member of the family. If you want to be treated as a person who enjoys culture, thinking, painting, and life then this is the place for you!
