The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool in the courtyard is open during the day, but does not offer much shade. The distance to Padang Padang beach cannot be beat. There are many local stores and restaurants within walking distance"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff, especially the butler team (Risma, Walden & Jastin) were very friendly & attentive. The villa was clean & had a nice view. The way the property is laid out you have a lot of privacy. Unfortunately it rained for the 3 days we were there but the staff was great helping us arrange things to do & we order room service. The door was excellent. We also used the spa services which were very nice. Because to leave time to enjoy the spa facilities as well."
