All the staff were very kind and the property was beautiful. However, the hot water wasn’t always available, and I recommend bringing mosquito repellent. The breakfast was amazing!

Suarga Padang Padang gave us one of the most meaningful experiences of our lives. They helped make my surprise engagement absolutely unforgettable, handling every detail with such intention, care, and warmth. What could have been a simple stay turned into a moment we will cherish forever. The views are breathtaking, the villas are designed with elegance and soul, and the staff made us feel like family. Dining at Dugong as the sun set over the ocean was the perfect finishing touch. We are forever grateful to the Suarga team for going above and beyond to make this stay so special.

We stayed in the Villa. Overall experience was great except I could not believe that when we requested a bucket of ice. They make you pay for a bucket of ice??? We spent $3000 in a villa, and they charged for ice. Unheard of! Also, the food in the restaurant is okay! Better off eating outside of the resort.

One of the most beautiful exquisite resorts i have ever been to. The rooms and view were some of the best in bali. The food was amazing. The service so kind amd sweet. This feels more like a 5 star that a 4 star.

Hotel muito com com algumas peculiaridades....

Pessoal muito amável e receptivo, comida do restaurante excelente, embora com preços acima da média e para nós as porções pequenas. O hotel é totalmente sustentável, não tem ar condicionado nos quartos, mas um tem um sistema de ventilação em cima da cama mas que refresca bem, não tem televisão no quarto e as luzes são bem fracas, sempre uma penumbra. Mas o quarto é muito lindo, a piscina maravilhosa, achamos que valeu a estadia.

The property was nice but we had money stolen out of our room and the hotel did nothing to about it nor did they accommodate us in any way for the $200.00 USD that went missing. I wasn't very impressed with their response....but the room was nice, the views were spectacular and the hotel is centrally located to the beach and shops.
