We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Balé. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The property itself is truly amazing. The villas are very clean and spacious with your own private pool, not to mention a full sized covered day bed. The Balé has their own vehicle/driver, for which they are very accommodating if you need an airport transfer or ride within the Nusa Dua area. Upon arrival the staff will assist you in down loading an app enabling everything to be at your finger tip for arranging room service, tours, transport, spa treatments, or to contact reception if away from the villas. A big thank you to all for making our stay very memorable.

It’s the staff at a hotel / resort that make a good stay, great. To everyone at The Balé… from Beny the head chef, to Yanick the GM, the amazing drivers that ran us around Nusa Dua (and helped negotiate best entry into the beach clubs) through to the owner himself making introductions, we would recommend The Balé to anyone wanting an intimate, enjoyable adults-only experience in Nusa Dua. (Plus, the main pool is delightful!) thanks again!

Best holiday ever. It was so relaxing and all of our needs were met. The spa, which we used a lot, was superb. The ladies so friendly, attentive and excellent at their job. All members of the staff were friendly and helpful without exception. Our accommodation was so opulent, we felt like millionaires. Such a great private villa. The food was so good and we cant wait to return next year. Thank you.

Amazing service and very helpful and friendly. Love the app and communicating via the app to arrange things! It’s amazing. However the condition of the result seems quite worn and needs some investment to bring it upto a standard to compare with other resorts we been to during our stay!

Our stay at The Bale Nusa Dua was absolutely unforgettable! The best thing about this property is without a doubt the staff—they go above and beyond to make you feel not only welcome but truly part of the family. The property itself is sleek and contemporary, with an intimate and exclusive feel. The private pool villas are exceptional—romantic, quiet, and incredibly memorable. We especially loved the relaxing outdoor bed beside the private pool, which was the perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast experience was outstanding. You can choose to dine at the restaurant or in your villa, which is a wonderful touch. We opted for the “floating breakfast” in our private pool—an experience we’ll never forget! Two staff members who truly stood out were Kiki and Bayu, both of whom went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their warmth and attentiveness made our trip so special. The property also offers a free shuttle service within the local area, bookable through an app, which made it very convenient for us to explore, shop, and dine locally. The spa and gym facilities are top-notch as well, adding to the luxury of the stay. Overall, The Bale Nusa Dua is ideal for a romantic getaway. Because it’s not a massive property, the attention and service you receive are incredibly personal and first-class. Highly recommended—and thank you to the entire team for the beautiful memories!

Great stay

Even before we arrived the resort was helping us organise our stay. The staff certainly make this resort. They are clearly very proud and have every reason to be. We stayed in a double pavilion with friends, we had a great space to spend time together and enough privacy for times in between. The private pool was huge. The spa was excellent, the treatments were amazing. Do yourself a favour and book something, anything! The use of the resort car for local trips is genius and made things very easy. The restaurant was able to adapt to our dietary requirements and even went off menu for us. Adults only meant peace and quiet. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at the Bale a few times and the private villas and pool are a great concept but it’s getting very tired. Last visit there were boards lifting in my suite (trip hazard), the internet didn’t work for half of my stay and for $600 per. night AUD that’s not acceptable. The breakfast is lovely but room service is a classic case of the menu doesn’t match the product when a premium price is being charged. Sadly the bigger chains look much better value for the price v quality.

Where do I start! First, let me start by saying the staff were amazing! Anything you need, just let them know; they are overly accommodating! This trip was a birthday trip for my other half so I booked the flower bath and had them bring a cake to our room. Not only did they make sure everything had gone smooth, they sung Happy Birthday as they delivered the cake. He was head over hills, lol! The floating breakfast was also amazing! Decent food, too! Next!!! The room is GORGEOUS!!!! The way you enter the room is flawless. Nevertheless, I felt like a king entering his palace as I walked in. The private pool was everything! I just can’t get enough of this place. Let me just say, this is home! No one else can have my business.
