"Parking is in a garage over 100m from hotel. Secure, but not in line with other reviews suggesting motorcycle could park at the hotel. Anyone wishing to use the pool you need to have a swimming cap which they will sell you for €5, which i thought was just silly so I never used any of the facilities. Garage parking was €7.50 per night but the spaces aren't very wide if you have a big car. Apps on TV and managed to plug in firestick."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful palace and it was truly great value for money. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with daily cleaning service that made our stay even more comfortable. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and peaceful countryside, with lovely farm animals adding to the charm. One of our favourite parts was the amazing wildlife pond filled with frogs and beautiful water lilies, as well as the picturesque olive orchard. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, offering a fantastic selection of Portuguese ham, cheeses, cakes, fresh bread rolls, cereals, and scrambled eggs. Everything was fresh and full of flavour. The staff and owners were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Portuguese countryside experience."

"Puro Dao is one of my best hotel and spa experiences. To start with the location; It is located in the outskirts of a charming village in the countryside. There is a station 2 minutes away so you don’t need a car to get there. Once you inside you fell relaxed and very welcome by the lovely staff. Everything is perfect from the different climate smart light to the materials and over to the furnitures and interior design. The Spa is amazing and so is the outdoor pool in the garden. The nature surrounding the village is great for hiking and there is different hiking trails. After the hike I recommend a treatment in the spa, I got a hot stone massage which was heaven. Finally, don’t miss the great local wines and food in the restaurant, or the breakfast. "
