“My family use this hotel every winter due to indoor pool and sauna.
And normally breakfast is good..Especially sauna facility is very nice.
So this time we visited with our framilies and they were also satisfied with the hotel. Thanks.
p.s. The spa, however, it was too cold inside and the water. Moreover we could not use spa tub of indoor pool and my favorite place's steam sauna.
I hope that these issues are solved as soon as possible. ”
“Crowne Plaza Alexandria a été pour ma famille et moi une expérience inoubliable : très bel hôtel, personnel super chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est tellement riche ainsi que les repas proposés au soir. On a beaucoup aimé le balcon et sa vue sur le Smouha club afin d’apprécier la vie tressée rythmée des habitants. La literie est vraiment confortable.
Ne pas oublier la tradition des tips (pourboire) qui est très répandue.”
“Staff was ok but they rarely do anything to accommodate you , area is totally isolated and only one restaurant you can order from . No transportation at all . No one to help you carry your luggage or any of that nature ”
