โThis is a lovely property. I had been there several years ago and loved it, but it's been refreshed and updated since then and is now even better. It's an eco-lodge with relatively plain but delightful, soulful rooms, a great restaurant, and. . utterly surrounded by nature at its best. Not pretentious, but quietly luxurious. โ
โStaying at the Golden Pineapple villas was the highlight of our trip. Perfect location with walking distance to the waterfall. The drive there is a little steep at times, so just make sure to have a four wheel drive car to get there. The staff were all very friendly, had such great recommendations for getting around and navigating tourist areas of Costa Rica. They were helpful in me trying to practice Spanish and taught us some Spanish phrases used in Costa Rica and taught us about the Costa...

โIt was the best. WE had one issue with hot water, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. The property felt secure to the outside world. โ

โIt was amazing seeing all the different birds from their restaurant patio. I saw way more kinds of birds including two tucans from here than from the actual birds watching tours. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Nice city view too. โ
