"We have stayed here several times to run in the Portland 10 Miler. The place is always quiet and clean and so convenient to the race start. Staff is friendly. Close driving distance to multiple restaurants and walking distance to the Portland Sea Dogs if you are a baseball fan. Will definitely stay again."

"We booked a 2 queen beds room and we got a 2 twin beds room. When we asked the person at the front desk he said he didn’t care and wouldn’t do anything. We asked him to call the manager and he said no. When we insisted he asked us to go back to our room or he would call the police. He even ran away in the back room to avoid us… so basically we paid for something we don’t have and we were treated very badly for asking what we paid for. The sheets were clean except but smelling like wet dog. The tv was gross with food (?) on it. The bathtub plug is not staying open and the toilet cover seat is broken and doesn’t stay in place. There were hairs on the bath walls and the panel under the sink was gross as well. The swimming pool area was rotten and rusty. The hot tub was not working and dirty. Won’t come back again and really avoid this hotel. Probably the worst I have ever been in."

"We checked in and then found out there was no water from 10pm-8am. We had no prior warning. We left immediately. I would like a refund for both rooms."

"Very nice property, great views, hot tubs open year around; most staff at the bar was excellent. Only complaint is that the gas fire pits were turned off early (we were looking forward to sit there after an early dinner) and when I asked the bartender about it he said “he’d have to call maintenance to turn it on” (which he clearly didn’t feel like doing). There were other people outside wondering about it being off (because it wasn’t late and this was on a Friday)."
