"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few steps from Cala Esmeralda. We stayed in a room with a pool view, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very good, especially the shower and walk-in shower area. However, the towels could be better—they felt somewhat low quality for the standard of the hotel.
The hotel has two pools, and both are excellent. The indoor and main hotel pool areas were very good and never felt like a problem. The only negative point was the beach club pool, which was consistently very crowded during the days we stayed. The beach club opens at 10:00 a.m.
The gym is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is a great feature. The hotel’s decoration and overall design are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. The spa and sauna area is also wonderful and adds a lot to the overall experience.
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with excellent facilities, great design, a very good breakfast, and spacious rooms. The crowded beach club pool and the quality of the towels are the main areas that could be improved."
