“The hotel was closed and would not open for us. The Homeaway support staff failed miserably in supporting us, so, I finally took my own initiative to book another hotel on MY CREDIT CARD. I have summarized my frustrations in discussions with the staff who were supposed to be helping me (both times), and am waiting to hear back from Homeaway. Pathetic The low rating is both for the hotel, and Homeaway's vetting and la ck of credible support. I would again like to hear from Homeaway's management...

“Vackert, otroligt palats med fantastiska möjligheter för stora fester men vi två par hade det väldigt bra. Under lågsäsong skulle man säga till i förväg om man ville ha middag. Vi missade detta men vi fick ändå en trerätters måltid som var utmärkt.”
