La ubicación muy buena, muy cerquita del centro y playas. Parking gratuito. Incluye desayuno buffet que está correcto. El personal agradable y todo súper limpio. Las camas cómodas, baño y terraza. El hotel en general se ve un poco anticuado y muchas escaleras, pero la Calidad precio genial.

Never seen anything like it stay away
Stay as far away from this cowboy hotel we had a week book and sent emails to request late check in as requested by hotel only to land to be told our reservation has been cancelled and we weren't only ones this happen to. Charged us for a week didnt get to stay 1 night no refund nothing and then have cheek to ask for review

Bom para 1 noite apenas
Escolhi o hotel pelo valor agregado com o cafe da manhã, porém fica num ponto muito alto com dificil acesso a pé, com malas e idosos. A vista da praia é boa e proximo ao centro histórico desde que estejam de carro para subir ate lá com conforto. Atendimentos razoável e cafe da amanhã básico.

Disappointed as one member of our party of 8 was late and was recharged for his room and only after an agrumemt with a number of staff was he given what they called a complimentary room for the second night( this room was paid for before we travelled but as we did not email to notify the hotel his 2 night booking was cancelled) Another mêmber of the group unhappy with his room asked for an upgrade,offered and charged for same but when he went to change they told him they could not give it to him as they sold it to someone else They did give him an inferior room but no refund of the extra cost

El hotel se ve un poco obsoleto. En cuanto a barreras arquitectónicas terrible, muchas escaleras, por lo demás súper limpio, buffet desayuno correcto. Personal amable y el parking gratuito en la misma puerta. Nos permitieron hacer el check in antes de tiempo. Detalle genial. Muy agradecida.

Great location budget hotel. You get exactly what they describe and the price is cheap. Free parking and location of most things is within 10 minutes drive. 24h desk and WiFi is decent. We had a balcony with a great sea view. They also have a pool. Clean but only small negative was mattresses weren't the comfiest - bit worn and could do with upgrades.

Breakfast was very limited and if you arrived after 9 the bread was done. Only butter with salt which I don't like since I'm almost saltless. The personnel was very polite but didn't undertake much to make the stay more convenient. Furthermore the water in the shower was cold for the morning shower, in the afternoon it was nice. The shower head and it's connection point were almost loose. The room was kinda clean though.

Where do I start? I read that if we needed a later check in to let hotel know, I called them several times but they didn’t pick up, so I messaged them to say we had a later flight, Id did this 3 weeks before we due arrive, 2 weeks before 3 days before and the when we arrived at the airport we were delayed so I messaged them again to tell them be around 11.30 pm I’d also spoke to Expedia 2 weeks before as I thought I’d booked a balcony room (as that’s what showed on the booking photos) and I asked them to also let the hotel know We’d be late, when they said they would call to check on the room, But we arrival we were told no your room isn’t available as your to late for check in so it’s gone as a noshow, We asked if we could have our rooms later he said no your a no show, this went on for 10 mins, I told him I’d messaged them several times, and I’d spoke to Expedia to tell them he was having none of it, My husband asked for our money back he said no you need to ask who you booked with. so I messaged Expedia (as there was no number to call) they were amazing rang the hotel straight away, they were on the phone to the hotel for 10 mins, hotel man kept saying no to late no show, but Expedia wouldn’t let them not and then we got handed our room key all pre wrote out, so our room wasn’t gone, Well we got into it around 1.30am it was awful room 103, smelt awful like a hostel room, no balcony we were gutted, Had to pay €66 for balcony room, 603 a bit better, Breakfast is bad

Cogimos habitación con balcón y estaba bastante bien tanto la habitación en sí como la limpieza de la misma. El desayuno un poco pobre de variedad pero cumple. La zona de la piscina, un poco pequeña pero teniendo la playa tan cerca tampoco es que sea necesaria. En cuanto al personal, amables y atentos. Su dominio del español no era muy bueno pero al menos se esfuerzan en intentar comprenderte.

Gezien de locatie, op loopafstand van alle mooie punten van de stad, had dit hotel echt een parel kunnen zijn. Geen warm ontvangst, geen interesse in de klant. Kamers zijn niet schoon. Geur van Riool in de badkamer. Deur van de kamer was defect, konden niet naar binnen. Alleen met sleutel van het personeel. Wordt geen andere kamer geboden en je moet 1,5 dag lang vragen naar een oplossing. Heeft het personeel iets te melden, kloppen ze en staan direct in je kamer. Privacy 0,0. Ontbijt staat er bijna niets, geen normaal beleg. Personeel weet weinig tot niets wat er wordt aangeboden in de omgeving of in het hotel. Beddengoed vies. Albufeira heeft ons hart gestolen, maar in dit hotel komen we nooit meer terug.

Nous avions hésité à retenir cet hôtel à cause d’anciens commentaires un peu négatifs. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. Excellent accueil. Un hôtel 2 étoiles à quelques pas du centre )du coup, au calme) avec vue sur la mer. Piscine avec petit bar et clou du spectacle, petit déjeuner en terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle. Rien à redire. Super séjour

There was no aircon in any of the rooms and they would only give fans to people children. This was the first time I checked out of a hotel early and moved to any hotel in my life. Avoid staying here.

Das Hotel ist mit zwei Sternen bewertet jedoch nicht mal einen Stern wert. Die Kopfkissen sind vielleicht für Haustiere aber nicht für Menschen geeignet. Der Eingangsbereich zur Rezeption ist für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet da die Treppen abwärts keine Haltegriffe gibt und die Stufen sehr hoch sind. Es gab bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur keinen Ventilator im Zimmer geschweige denn wenigstens Wasserflaschen. Das Personal reinigt die Zimmer kaum und das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig

Disappointing!! 2/10 Too hot. No ceiling fan, no A/C. Unbearable!! No privacy since we can our neighbors room and vice versa from the balcony. To avoid at any cost. Not worth it. Thank god we only stayed for 1 night.
