We came for the Northern Soul event for the first time. We enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and good value for money. The position of the hotel was great with an easy walk to the old town. Staff were excellent all round. Loved our room overlooking the avenue with the sun streaming in. Happy days. Thankyou we will be back .

Péssima experiência
Os empregados da piscina exterior são uma simpatia e a única mais valia do hotel Tudo o resto é pessimo. Camas super desconfortáveis, tudo super antiquado e a precisar de renovação urgente. Toalhas de banho no WC, velhas e algumas rasgadas. A piscina interior está em muito más condições, sem manutenção.

A large complex. Our studio was adequate. The wifi was very intermittent and only really worked in the bathroom. The cable channels offered very little in english and pictures broke up regularly. Staff did attend quickly to any requests. This was a budget holiday so I guess you get what you pay for and did represent decent value for money

Mon sejour était parfait . Localisation parfaite avec presque tout a proximité . Mise a par une perte écharpe dans notre valise.. j'ai offert une echarpe a ma femme une echarpe qui a subitement disparu.. nous accusons les femmes de menage. Je ne compte pas resté sans rien fair donc fait attention au affaire que vous pouvais laisser trainé dans votre logement .. My stay was perfect. Perfect location with almost everything nearby. Put aside by a loss scarf in our suitcase.. I offered a scarf to my wife a scarf which suddenly disappeared.. we accuse the cleaning ladies. I do not intend to stay idle so be careful of the business that you could leave lying around in your accommodation.. Minha estadia foi perfeita. Localização perfeita com quase tudo por perto. Colocado de lado por um lenço perdido em nossa mala.. Eu ofereci um lenço para minha esposa um lenço que desapareceu de repente.. acusamos as faxineiras. Eu não pretendo ficar ocioso, então tome cuidado com os negócios que você pode deixar espalhados em sua acomodação..

The property is well located (10 min walk from new town, 15 from old town) and the staff were friendly however it is in serious need of renovations. While it was practically ok, the rooms and corridors were very dull and basic. Good for a family holiday

I liked the reception and bar service. The cleaning was not so good as the last time I stayed in Paraiso . However Paraiso us my favourite ,when I want holiday in Albufeira .

Dirty would not recommend
Arrived very late at night and our room was very unclean (pubic hairs in bathroom, dirty bedding sheets and a unclean kitchen) also had a strong smell of cigar smoke, and loud music from the bar below this was at 1am. After complaining to the reception we were told there was no manager on until the morning so eventually the following day got moved. Next room was slightly better but not the cleanest room I've stayed in. Also my partner had an accident on the baloncy falling through the plastic balcony chair hurting his back and the only apology we got was a fruit basket. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Overall hotel is good value. only slight negatives were the cleanliness of rooms, seemed as if cleaner only gave it a very quick once over, and the pool area had some very drunk people towards the end of the day and these people were not spoken to or controlled by any staff.

Very well worn, family hotel
In need of desperate refurbishment & lots of maintenance, pool VERY cold not heated, NOT enough sun beds and you have to pay for lounger cushions!!!! Remember to get up early and reserve your sunbed , as no rules apply , they leave from 6.30am onwards , how crazy !!!

Mal mantenimiento
Solo utilizamos el apartamento para ir a dormir. El resto de tiempo era playa. Hubo un día que no hicieron limpieza, o por lo menos no pusieron toallas nuevas ni vaciaron las papeleras ni tampoco limpiaron el espejo del baño. Es una lástima que este gran hotel lo dejen tan abandonado. La piscina sin socorrista, con varias deficiencias que se solucionarían con un correcto mantenimiento en las instalaciones...

Meubilair zijn oud. Kleiine tv. Geen lcd tv. Bereikt tv zender voor een 4 steren hotel. WiFi verbinding is slecht.

Bedden liggen niet lekker
We hadden meer van het eten verwacht bij zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten. Daarnaast waren beide bedden op onze kamer keihard. De receptie was vriendelijk maar bepaalde obers spraken slecht engels en waren heel bot.

Fiz a reserva de um estúdio, no entanto foi-nos atribuído um T1, pelo que tínhamos imenso espaço. No entanto, o quarto ficava ao pé das máquinas do ar condicionado e ouvia-se muito barulho durante a noite. Quanto à limpeza, posso dizer que a mesma era razoável. O hotel necessita urgentemente de uma remodelaçao!
