Tivemos uma ótima estadia em julho de 2023. A piscina é ampla e a água estava agradável todos os dias. Havia bastante espaço para todos os hóspedes. O custo benefício é excelente. Tudo muito confortável mas sem luxo na casa onde ficamos. A localização não é ruim de carro mas não se faz nada a pé.

We had a great time. We were in apartments up the hill from main reception but it was peaceful and the pool by these apartments was lovely and quiet. The bar area at the resort was clean, staff were friendly and the food was hot ,tasty and reasonably priced

Mooi vakantiepark.
Appartement netjes, maar gedateerd en zeer gehorig. regelmatig nieuwe handdoeken en schoonmaak. Zwembad bij appartement heerlijk en netjes. Ontbijt was prima. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Park was mooi aangelegd, mooie bloemen, bomen etc.

A casa estava óptima só foi pena as actividades estarem fechadas (kids club, animação, restaurante só 1 deles estava aberto, por já ser Setembro e a recepção fechava as 18:00 e o Bar da piscina as 19:00 Deviam passar esta informação antecipadamente.

Basic apartment (even superior) but nice overall
The complex is beautiful. Overall a lovely place to visit. The pool area by reception is lovely and the bar staff are really friendly. The reception staff could have been a little more friendly and informative about the resort (they gave us no information about the complex other than a map). Our apartment (we paid for a superior) was basic, bathrooms worn but very clean and comfortable. The 2nd pool area outside of the apartment itself was also nice. Again it was clean but the pool bar was not open and the sun beds were worn. We read online that there was a shuttle bus in to carvoeiro town but we didn’t see this / weren’t offered this (maybe because of covid but this was t explained). The apartments are also situated on a very hilly walk to the main reception and pool area.

Ok at the discounted Price, but old and worn out. One of the terrasse dors could not lock and one shower head did not work. You need car or mountainbike to get to the City

Excellent séjour à Quinta do Paraiso
Appartement spacieux et lumineux, terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. 2 salles de bain et WC, cuisine équipée avec lave linge. Pas de lave vaisselle mais pas gênant du tout. Personnel accueillant et très aimable. Plusieurs piscines dans la résidence, bar, restaurants, supérette, bref, tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Joli cadre, jardin et pelouses bien entretenus. Je recommande vivement, très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit bémol, voisins du dessus bruyants

Personnel a l'écoute mais barrière de la langue compliquée.Piscine non chauffée pour les logements vers les 800...attention les logements du bas sont très bruyant du fait que tout soit en beton cela raisonne beaucoup et on entend tout si vous etes au rez-de-chaussée comme nous.Sinon le site est proche du centre, fleurie et leur tratoria excellente! Et ils louent des voitures a un prix imbattable et dans caution exorbitante! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir s carvoeiro.

Basic three bed villa was cheap and clean but a little dated with thin beds which were not particularly comfortable. Ok for the price and a short stay. Early in the season, so, not everywhere open. Good if you like walking.

Enjoyable place
We enjoyed our stay but certain things could be better. It could be cleaner and some things replaced. My brothers apartment had bed lice. The place might also be too warm with no fan or aircon. Luckily we had already left when the heat wave came fully. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay, the friendly staff and common areas. Apartments are cosy enough for the price. Location is good.

Conserning the fans or the aircon, we always have more or less 10 fans stored in our reception in case of some clients needed, they only need to left a deposit that is return in the end of the stay, when they return the fan(s). Studio défraîchi, vieillot, manque de confort, salle de bain a besoin de rénovation. Insonorisation inexistante, très gênant d'entendre nos voisins. Nous étions mal situé, coin terrasse devant une route et de l'autre côté un bar. Contraste très important avec les autres modes d'hébergement et les photos. Nous étions très loin des bâtiments principaux. Petits déjeuners décevants.

Convenient and great value for money
2 night stay at a very reasonable out of season rate. Decent breakfast and Wi-fi, plus we chose to eat at the onsite restaurant which was very enjoyable, with decent portion sizes, 3 courses & a glass of wine for eq£11 each.

Lovely stay, bungalow was very clean and had all the amenities you need, but was very old fashioned. Swimming pool and bar area were great. Lovely location and very peaceful.

Cheap and functional.
The room strongly smelled (cleaning detergent or so). Cheap nights, simple breakfast included. Room a bit outdated. WiFi didn't worked in the room. Only in the restaurant.

Gepflegtes, grossräumiges und sauberes Appartement
Ruhige Lage inmitten schön bepflanzten Gärten. Ein Mietauto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, da die Appartements etwas abgelegen sind. Hotelanschluss und Möglichkeit zur Mitbenützung des Pools.

The most horrible staff I've ever met!
As we got to the hotel it was huge, like 15-20 minutes of walking from apartments to main pool and facilities, my mother isn't able to walk as much so I requested a closer apartment but staff was extremely rude and not understanding - told me if she's got so many difficulties then she shouldn't be travelling. Anyway, later we out that a small drink was about £3 from Snack bar, complete rip off! It states they do activities with kids, yes they did, first night they made cocktails with the children which was 3.50 euro each and they make the kids Make Loads of them. Complete rip offs wouldn't suggest it to anyone, all amenities are miles apart, for example pool is miles away from kids area and restaurant on totally other side, golf is after climbing about 5 hills not mention the hills to get to the apartments!

Relaxed stay close to the beach and town
Quiet relaxed resort,well established gardens around the pool side shame about the constant music from the bar area We didn't eat in the restaurant as there was so many good local cafe's and restaurants. Easy walk down to the beautiful beaches, would definitely return

Die Anlage ist wirklich schöne und die Nähe zum Strand oder dem Centrum ist schon gut und alles bequem per Fuss erreichbar. In teilen wäre es jedoch ratsam die Zimmer sowie die Bäder zu renovieren, wir hatten ein noch umrenoviertes Zimmer, Freunde von uns ein neueres Zimmer was absolut okay und schön war. Ausserdem verbringt man den Urlaub ja nicht im Hotel wenn die Ortschaft so schöne Plätze und Strände hat.

Fijne vakantie gehad in dit hotel.
Fijne vakantie gehad in dit hotel. We hadden een drie kamer appartement geboekt bij dit hotel. Bij aankomst (we waren er iets te vroeg) was ons appartement nog niet gereed maar binnen een half uur werden we vriendelijk verder geholpen. In de tussen tijd de zwembaden (drie!) bij de receptie bekeken en een ijsje gegeten. Het appartement was ruim en prima ingedeeld. Na het lezen van een aantal recensies dat het er oud bollig uit zag viel het ons allemaal reuze mee! Een prima tuintje (de twee aangrenzende appartementen waren niet bezet dus hadden een extra grote tuin!) Het complex is prima voor een gezin, midgetgolf baan, zwembaden, animatie team, restaurant (zijn we alleen niet geweest daar onze kinderen vrij jong zijn en al om 19.00 naar bed gaan), mini supermarktje, barretje. Qua schoonmaak werd ons appartement goed bijgehouden, elke 4 dagen nieuwe handdoeken en na een week nieuw beddengoed. Badkamer en keuken werden dan ook schoongemaakt! Prima service!

Disappointing
This was a disappointing accommodation, it was tired and lacked proper kitchen equipment. There was no oven, no dishwasher, not even any washing up liquid. The whole place is in need of refurbishment. However the grounds are superb and well maintained. the apartment was roomy for two but would not be pleasant with 4. The service was patchy and although three days maid service were indicated only two services were made. the beds were made on those days but the floors needed a wash or vacuum. There are better quality places in the general area for a similar price. so look around.

Mooi complex met zwembaden. helaas ons appartement wel gedateerd,verdient opgeknapt te worden. Schoonmaak om de dag en kan iets beter. Personeel maakt afspraken voor de TV,maar komt de afspraak niet na. Het appartementen complex bestaat uit 2 lagen,maar door de plavuizen vloeren erg gehorig.

Absolutely fantastic and would return for sure. Large apartment and peaceful at all times. Always sunbeds available and nightly entertainment. Excellent location too. Free shuttle to town and back at various times during the day.

Das Studio in Quinta do Paraiso gehört dringendst generalüberholt.Angefangen von der Möblierung über das Badezimmer.Die Wasserhähne im Badezimmer gehören dringendst ausgetauscht,denn die Funktion ist schlecht zum Beispiel der Kaltwasserhahn an der Badewanne ist eine Zumutung. Dann liegt das Studio an einer stark befahrener Strasse was auch eine Zumutung ist bei den liederlichen Fenster und Fensterläden. Alles in allem war dieses Studio ein Flopp und den Preis nicht wert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hielfsbereit. Es war nicht einmal ein Fernsehgerät vorhanden. Das Apartment hat die Nr 902E

We were apparently upgraded from a studio to a one bed apartment D12. It was spacious but like something out of the 80,s . No hot water in bathroom sink, man came but didn't manage to fix it while we were there. Very dark with only 1 window that opened on to patio. All others had shutters on that we were unable to open. Terrace onto grassy area where a dog did it's business every day and was never cleared up. We moved after 2 nights although booked for 5 . The staff did their best but the room was like a prison, not their fault. Pool area , bar area very friendly and clean but evening entertainment dire! Sky fall video in bar area with everyone glued to it not talking!!!! Also walk into town not for the faint hearted. We moved to Monte Dourado and finished the holiday on a high I. Stunning apartment with sea view for approx €20 per night, well worth it. still trying to find out if I can get refund for 3 nights we didn't stay.

We booked a studio for a 'cheap' week away. We had no kettle, no teapot - we heard "everything" from the man next door - second day we couldn't take any more. We asked to be moved and ended up paying an extra 40 euros a night for a standard room which we feel we should have had from the start of our holiday. More like a 2 star.

La relacion calidad precio es lo mejor del hotel. tiene una buena hubicacion, bien de limpieza, y los servicios cumple (lo justo). como punto negativo, en la descripcion dice que todas las habitaciones tiene tv y no es cierto, mi habitacion no tenia y cuando la reclame me dijeron q a esa habitacion no le correspondia.

Estadia de 4 noites num apartamento standard, com todas as comodidades necessárias: quarto e sala espaçosos, kitchenette bem equipada, super limpo e em cima de uma piscina bastante agradável. A uma distância aceitável a pé do centro de Carvoeiro, tem também transporte para os hóspedes se deslocarem para lá. Recomendo sinceramente para quem procura um bom local para descansar a um preço aceitável (ainda mais em Setembro, com um clima óptimo e sem a confusão típica de Agosto)
