"All was good. Wish they had cable TV instead of streaming."

"Do not go here! It is NOT a resort but a construction mess! Took out a pool and put fake grass down. Not inviting or pleasant stay. Front desk staff not welcoming coming or leaving. Bed was good is the only positive thing I can say. For $449 a night there are so many other good choices. Extremely disappointed. Stay away!!!"

"I had a room with 2 queen beds. I stayed on the 16th floor and the view of the mountains was perfect. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a refrigerator in the room. A microwave should be added instead of having to go downstairs to the market to use theirs. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as a grocery store around the corner. The staff at the front desk as well as the restaurants and gift shop were very friendly and helpful. You do have to pay to park either with their valet service or in the garage. I chose the garage which was $20 daily. This property is in a great location here in downtown Phoenix. I would definitely stay here again. "
