Was a last minute booking after my beachfront hotel (Marconi) cancelled me with no explanation. I had a hire car for golf so the parking was excellent & safe! Large double room & bathroom. Staff very friendly. Would def go back. 6euros taxi to beachfront or use the us the bus fom the station.

The hotel's overall appearance and condition is good but there is no place to even have a coffee in the morning. You have to exit the building and walk around and down to the bus station's "bar". The shopping centre attached to the hotel is either being renovated or abandoned. After we moved the beds a bit, many small pieces of paper were noticed on the floor, the staff was asked to vacuum the room but they never did. I also found the beds to be overly firm.

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bathroom had all facilities necessary. The area was quiet, but a bit out of the way. Given that this was an inter-town transport hub, the buses into town were limited. Taxis were available, if you wanted the extra cost. I walked to and from Old town, which felt quite safe. Unusually, there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Hotel pulito, un po' lontano dal centro ma se avete un'auto a disposizione vi potete spostare facilmente e usufruire del parcheggio gratuito. Purtroppo la mia stanza puzzava di fumo di sigaretta, anche tenendo le finestre sempre aperte l'odore è rimasto. La colazione e la cena nella norma, non tanta scelta comunque buona

I stayed for 2 nights. Very welcoming and friendly staff that I encountered in reception/ bar/ dining room. Easy parking at the hotel and just off the main road. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet place for those who likes that
I booked this hotel as it was cheap and thought I don’t need to drag my bags at arrival and when I leave. For that purpose it is very good as it’s above the bus station. Therefore it was five minutes to walk up or down to the bus. I expected some noise from the traffic of the buses but no, I heard nothing. I had a beautiful view. Half of the city and half of the mountains. The sunset was magical there, from my room. Staying there I had quiet evenings. I guess that’s the reason I love Benidorm because I don’t get the evening-night fuss. It’s a bit a ghost like experience there as the bus station itself is closed and the huge building is empty. No signs how to get to the hotel. Finally I found out that walking on the right side on the pavement was the closest option. It is outside the station and going around. I had breakfast which was good. Missed veggies or salad but there was plenty of fruits there. First day a walked to the city but half way (1km) is just walking along the road without anything there. Therefore I used the local buses twice a day (€1.6/one) It was a little accident one night. But it became clear next day what happened. So I wasn’t worried about it anymore. Once someone had a bath above me the water couldn’t flow quickly therefore it was dropped into my bath. Not a huge amount though. It was just a surprise what happened.

Billigt och nära till busstationen. Men typiskt en trött och sliten spansk turisthåla. Deprimerande lokaler ovanför en stängd shoppinggalleria, ganska lyhört och ingen vidare buffé.

The property was in a quiet area, but near good transport links, i.e. the tram and bus station were in easy reach. Nice pool area. Walking distance to amenities.

Very good price. Huge room. A bit noisy though due to noise from traffic & bus station below. Perhaps ask for a quiet room if you are a light sleeper.

4 nachten verbleven, elke ochtend en 's avonds dezelfde maaltijden, weinig keuze, de namen van de voedingsmiddelen staan ook niet vermeld. Vis was niet goed doorbakken waardoor ik ziek geworden ben de laatste dag. 's Ochtends verwacht je wat groenten op je bord, ze bieden niks van groenten voor ontbijt. Voor plat en spuitwater moet je 's middags en 's avonds extra betalen, enkel in de ochtend is het gratis, schandalig gewoon! Merendeels van het personeel zeer chagrijnig en onvriendelijk, ik raad dit hotel absoluut niet aan.
