Perfect place. Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, everything smooth. Location excellent, everything around walkable . Can be a little noisy in the evenings from the restaurants below but worth it for the ease of visiting everything.

The room is great, clean and spacious. Great location in the heart of the old town. Slight downside is that if your on the 1st floor the noise from the bars downstairs may upset your sleep if you go to bed early.

Excellent stay

We had the most pleasant stay in Alicante and our place at My Flat Luxury Cathedral was so nice. It’s so convenient to stay in the centre of town and the apartment have have you need and it’s well sound isolated so it’s quiet. We’re staying there next time too!

Great location, modern apartment

Excellent place to stay in Alicante! Couldn't get a better location, close to beach, castle and marina. Nice large modern apartment. Great for a family of four. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Alicante!

Best of the best location, staff was able to check us in before time as room was ready. Modern appliances and great condition. No keys or cards needed / everything works with codes. Propably 100 restaruants and bars within 5 minutes walk radius, starting from the ones right at front door. 10 minutes walk to beach and 5 minutes walk to main boulevard, groceries 2 minutes away.

Quiet central location

Right in the centre . Quiet apartment. Agent very quick and efficient . Communication great. Apartment spacious. Shower let down by surround. Needs fresh grout and piping in sink in kitchen could do with being covered for aesthetics. Bed comfy. A/C good.

Centrally located in the old town and close to the waterfront and tram. We were there during Hogueras de San Juan and it was easy to see the fireworks and bonfires. It was not a quiet area, but if you’re there for the festival you shouldn’t expect that. Great (touristy) food options abound. Special call out to the creperie right below the flats. The French couple speak English, Spanish, German, and French and are a delight to talk with.

This property was in an excellent location near stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Myflats apartment was very clean (new), one could still smell the newness of the place, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and responded quickly. Excellent place. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again!!

Great Accommodation run by a Great Company

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Very comfortable,clean and everything all very new, including the decoration and refurbishment. We Really appreciated the flexibility in meeting us earlier than the normal check-in time due to the early arrival of our flight. Also very handy to use the Myflats office for leaving our luggage in on our check-out day.

Excellent place to stay, right in the middle. Flat was well laid out, not big but worked very well and in a perfect location. For some reason many Spanish holiday places have very stark bright white lighting and this is the same - it could be even cosier with some warm yellow lamps in the evening. A minor point and very much recommended, perfect for a week break.

Perfect accommodation inthe centre of Alicante.

It was excellent. The location is fantastic and the place apartment was clean and looked brand new with all the kitchen appliances you could ever need. It had a giant fridge and the bed was realy comfortable. The view was great too. We thoroughly enjoyed it. See you guys next ti.e we are back!

Our apartment was spacious and modern; the kitchen was well-equipped for two people who don't cook much while on holiday. The shower curtain should be regularly replaced/washed to increase cleanliness in the bathroom. For our 11-night stay, I wish there were two housekeepings or at least two cleaning packages. We enjoyed the view from the small balcony.

Beautifully renovated apartments in old town.

We liked this accommodation very much. The location is perfect—in the middle of the old town but still close to the beach and other parts of the city. The apartments were amazing. They were nicely decorated and very practical, with all you need. Although it´s in the middle of the busy old town, it was quiet. The isolation of the windows was good. We also liked the access to the rooftop terrace.
