Very run down. Many buildings boarded up. Some repairs going on. Schools, Clinic and churches in good condition. Roadside food shanties just like they have always been. Local restaurants few but decent.

Everything was good including the people. You could use more bandwidth for your WiFi network. It is really slow. Also it would great to have a microwave in the rooms as well. All in all, we had a blast!

I have visited Bimini many times the town is full of garbage everywhere it is in bad shape. It was smelly and really dirty

Water is beautiful but town is very sketchy. Your best option is to stay at the hotel but even there you’ll feel trapped. I’d recommend visiting Atlantis over Bimini.
