Amazing stay. Wonderful amenities in the room and common areas. Breathtaking views of the Douro valley from the floor-to—ceiling windows in our room, which was spacious and well appointed. Ana and Marco are gracious hosts who think of everything to make their guests comfortable. They gave us superlative recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. 10+

We absolutely loved staying here. The views are amazing, and the rooms were lovely. We had dinner in their restaurant both nights of our stay and they were both wonderful (especially the veal). We highly recommend staying here.

Such a beautifully appointed accomodation, the views were exceptional. Communication was excellent and we were able to check in 1 hour early. The house itself is stunning and very clean, it smelled amazing as soon as you walked in the door. Breakfast was excellent, all very fresh and a lovely setting. We had food prepared in the evening and the quality was exceptional. The wine pairing, olive oil, pastel del nata and the port on arrival were also excellent. We also joined Antonio on the Douro Exclusive tour. His knowledge is excellent, not a single question he couldn't answer and clearly very passionate about his country/ region and providing the best service possible. Note that there is no tv in the room. The surroundings are beautiful enough to not need one for a couple of nights and there is also one in the shared living room, but worth noting for those who may stay longer.

Absolutely lovely accommodation with stunning views! Perfect for a quiet and cozy night out in the mountain with all amenities to make the stay comfortable. Definitely a must book just for the view alone. Room was well designed, furnished and cosy.

This place is spectacular. The view is incredible and the rooms are beautiful. The hosts were very communicative and helped with our questions. Loved the complimentary snacks. I only stayed overnight and wish I could have enjoyed it more. Just fyi, there is nothing walkable. You have to drive at least 7-8 minutes to get to town.
