“Our stay at the Royal Sun Hotel was perfect. The room with the sea view and balcony was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The Hill restaurant, where we ate breakfast each day, had a stunning view overlooking the old port and the sea, and was a delight to sit at each morning. The breakfast choice and quality was probably the best we’ve ever experienced. The pool was great with that brilliant view and plenty of chairs and sunbeds to choose from.

“The Avli Lounge apartments are beautiful! We stayed in the Candy Suite for about four days. As mentioned in several reviews, location is excellent, and we were able to walk everywhere. Both Stelios' and Nickos were always available and helpful for everything.
Do note that there is no elevator as the hotel is in Old Town and they preserve the structures. That also means you have cobblestone streets which still require effort for even the smoothest luggage. The suite we were in was on the 3rd...
“We travel a fair amount and have never been taken care of so well. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us an overview (and a map!) of the neighbourhood with the best places to shop and eat. The room was impeccable, well-appointed and had all amenities one would expect plus extras. We had a lovely stay and an to come back to Crete with friends and stay at Palazzo di Pietro again. Efcaristo!”

“청결하고 좋았습니다. 위치도 하니아 시내랑은 꽤 떨어져있지만 (차로 10~15분 거리), 조용하고 인근에 몇군데 식당도 괜찮았습니다. 수영장도 좋았습니다. 가족 단위 관광객들이 상당히 많았고 북적이는 수영장 분위기도 맘에 들었습니다. 숙소 업그레이드를 해 주셨는데 매우 만족 했습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편입니다. 딱 한가지, 샤워를 하고 나면 욕조 밖으로 물이 나오던데 구조적인 문제가 있는 듯 했습니다. 이외에는 만족합니다. 아 그리고 와이파이 속도도 상당히 빨라씃ㅂ니다.”
“We only stayed one night. They let us store our luggage when we arrived early in the morning. The location is stellar, in the old town. But there was no parking, so we parked 15 minutes away and had to walk in with our luggage. Our room was large and clean. ”

“Great location across from beach. 7eur taxi ride from bus station if u don't want to walk. Big rooms with balcony looking out to road and beach. Old town is mins away and either directions leaving hotel you will find lots and lots of tavernas. The host was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us for early departure to Heraklion to catch ferry since Ktel bus ride was cutting it close. Although bus ride is much cheaper and coach is really comfortable it costs 80eur by taxi for about 1:10mins...
