“Great time. Rooms a little hot. All rooms in every building seems to be capped to 75 degrees. ”

“Overall I’d give this place a 3/5. We had a Junior swim up room which was very very nice until the last night we had a leak from the ceiling. No problem as they were there within 10 minutes to fix it. Lots to do and plenty of adults only spaces. I do feel like the staff could’ve been a little more friendly and welcoming. Overall I would recommend it ”

“The property landscaping is just beautiful. The shows at the hotel were also good ( 3 nights out of the week were great.) The drinks at the resort were ok and varied greatly based on the bartender. Also, the food was the same almost every day at the buffet, but the Japanese and seafood restaurants were great. The beach was great too ( my favorite!) The food needs to improve and more entertainment for kids would be great. ”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

Whenever I had a question, I could text him and know that he was able to answer anything and organize anything for us. The beach was beautiful and clean. “We had a wonderful stay here! Getaway for parents of young kids. The beach is fabulous. Went swimming in the ocean a couple of times. Pool is huge and separated into an activities/louder side, with a quieter part around the corner. Loved being able to go back and forth or choose on the day where we were going to set up. The servers were sparse and only came around every 30-45 minutes, which was frustrating. Additionally, the staff at this property could benefit from more training in customer service.
