“It was an amazing stay”

“We had a amazing stay at this hotel. We were allowed for an early check in as our flight came in early . The property is well maintained and its right on the beach where you can even rent jet ski. Big Pool with a swim up bar (Papaya) Grill has the best chicken wings and fries i have ever had lol. The overall experience at this hotel was a 10/10. ”

“While I enjoyed my stay, there were two separate altercations . Starting with coming back to our room and there were a pair of socks that didn’t belong to us in the bathroom . I called to inform them about the situation as I felt unsafe . I wasn’t sure who or when was there someone else in my room. The person on the other line told me that there would get the manager to come and assist me with that uncomfortable situation . THEY NEVER SHOWED UP , waited at least for 30 mins while they had said...

Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family.
