I stayed for 1 night at the end of season. It was very quiet and peaceful in the area. My room had an unbelievable view. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent at dinner.

Really nice hotel but horrible climate in the room

Wonderful hotel and perfect location next to the lake and with a great view to the scenic dolomite mountains. However the room was incredibly warm and with no ventilation or aircondition and the windows facing a staircase it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. I told the receptionist about the horrible climate in our room but he didn’t seem bothered. Such a shame when everything else is so well taken care of.

If you are looking to hang out in a daycare, this is the spot for you! We luckily only had to spend two nights there and I have never seen so many horribly behaved kids running around the entire hotel. They were running and screaming in the lobby, in the restaurant, in the halls, and neither the staff nor the parents seemed to care. Dinner is included in your stay, and it was such an unpleasant experience that we chose to skip the free meal, and dine elsewhere. We had to call the front desk at 11 pm as numerous kids were screaming up and down the halls and knocking on all the doors. I am all for family friendly hotels, but this was something out of a nightmare!

Bien situado en el sitio más bonito del pueblo y con aparcamiento reservado en las inmediaciones. El edificio tiene un estilo propiamente alpino aunque en algunos aspectos podría necesitar alguna reforma. Asimismo, las habitaciones con techo abuhardillado no son muy convenientes para personas de más de 1,7 metros, en ese caso sería conveniente solicitar otro tipo de habitación al hacer la reserva.

Un séjour super agréable

Très bon choix d'hotel avec un personnel gentil et aidant, un spa agréable après les rando, une chambre propre et cozy avec vue sur le lac, et un petit dejeuner vraiment qualitatif (du choix mais surtout des produits de bonne qualité, notamment le fromage et la charcuterie). Je recommande !

L'hotel gode di una bellissima posizione sul lago. Il personale è cortese e assai disponibile. La colazione è ottima e varia, i due ristoranti interni (uno a menù fisso e uno alla carta) sono di buonissima qualità. Belli anche il piccolo centro benessere e la skiroom. Purtroppo la camera dove ho soggiornato (per onestà vendutami come economy-room) non è assolutamente all'altezza di tutto il resto: datata, spartana e soprattutto con un soffitto talmente spiovente che rende la vasca praticamente inutilizzabile e le testate molto probabili. Peccato
