"Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent."

"We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "

"We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. "Very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was a total of 7 rooms on board, so it was good to mix and chat to the other guests. The crew on the houseboat were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Always willing and happy to help. Food was excellent, but keep in mind there is no alcohol, as seems to be case everywhere in Kerala. We will happily come back again."
