“We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. ”

“Had a great stay at the apartment. Check in was easy and as per the instructions, apartment was clean and comfortable and location was great with a store for bits and bobs and two small cafes to choose for breakfast. My only issue was sound proofing. On Saturday we were woken up at about 7:15 by what sounded like someone banging a wooden stick on something hard. Can only assume it was a cleaner but a little annoying.”

“The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever! ”
