“The hotel was clean and our stay was good. The only issue I had was that I made the reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, which it said slept 4 people. I put on the original reservation that there would be 3 adults, but another person decided to stay with us, which made 4 adults. When I checked in, the person at the desk said she would have to charge for the extra person, which turned out to be a little over $12. I was unaware that they charged per person. “Staff was very nice and professional. I unexpectedly received a call from them to notify me that I left something in the room and that they would hold it for me till I returned. Which was the first for me.”

“My 9 DAY STAY with the children paid in full ~ due to having to be out of my home while all flooring is being replaced. The pool had NO AIR WHATSOEVER!! I requested help multiple times and was told a part was on order!! Had to open exterior door to try and even breathe while kids played. Not even one open window with 100+ outside temp. Housekeeping was a 100% JOKE!! They not only didn't change bedding but when I placed placard on bed that asks for fresh linens I was told they weren't a HIGH...
