Their breakfast was so great and all other restaurants and shopping places are nearby the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly. Overall, everything was great. It was nice to stay.

The check-in staff were great , breakfasts were good, ommelette station, plenty of seating area, big lobby, room was clean and comfortable and had a safe and iron. Tea/coffee was available and daily bottle of 1 litre drinking water supplied. I used their efficient laundry, reasonably priced, and used their restaurant too. Their chefs were great. Across the road are other restaurants, money exchange and 5 min walk away is a big shopping mall (Atakent Mall). Try Mr Fried Fish next door, they serve many fish varieties in a restaurant. I stayed 6 nights over 2 bookings. My tip: install the Yandex Go app before you travel , its like their uber, and getting around was a cheap breeze and you can pay by cash too.

great location and value

I needed to be close to KazNU and this was walking distance. It faces a nice open area next to great walking park. Food and mall close by. It has the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen, including an omelette station. Friendly helpful staff. Second time I stayed here and will stay here in future visits.

This hotel is in downtown. Nice location for shopping and transfortation. But, not good brrakfast. It could be much better if sausage and bacon make with fried.

Very good value for money I paid. It is clean, very good breakfast, good service, many places around to eat. Room is simple, not big but convenient. The only drawback was water pressure, I wish it would be a bit higher

I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the hotel claimed they had none left and forced us into a smoking room that smelled disgusting. They flat out refused to resolve the issue or provide the room I actually paid for. I ended up with a terrible headache for all 5 nights. Terrible management and awful customer service.

I was expecting the Best Western Plus brand kind of facilities, but it was a Kazakh build hotel acquired by the brand. The room's equipment was heavy-old. However, the overall impression of the stay was OK and comfortable. The location was a bit out of the way from major spots.
